|Supervise all aspects of our full hot buffet breakfast and kitchen including inventory, ordering, staffing, and delighting guests at the hotel.|
***This is a Part Time position. You must be available early mornings, weekends and holidays.***
|Prepare food, place food on buffet lines, clean breakfast areas, wipe tables, re-stock food in breakfast or other catering functions. Wash dishes, stock food products in kitchen. Help guests with their needs or questions. Clean dining areas, vacuum, mopping and other duties to keep the kitchen spotless. Order food and supplies. Manage kitchen staff scheduling and assist with hiring.|
|Must be dependable, working early morning hours and some nights for catering events. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Food Handlers permit or Servsafe Certification required. Experience in food preparation/cook or other food service work experience and manager or supervisor experience of 2 years. Ability to handle a variety of tasks, maintaining a friendly, helpful demeanor.|
Must have reliable transportation and must pass a background check.
